Commercial and industrial solar and battery, delivered nationally.
Behind-the-meter solar PV and BESS, engineered for long-term commercial performance. From single sites to national portfolios, with two commercial routes to suit your balance sheet.
We work with single high-consumption facilities and complex national portfolios alike. Our clients sit across the sectors where behind-the-meter generation creates the strongest commercial outcome.

Our approach
Over the past decade, we have invested heavily in proprietary modelling and optimisation tools that enable precise solar and BESS sizing alongside robust financial forecasting. Every project is engineered to maximise long-term commercial performance, not just nameplate capacity. That discipline shows up in three ways.
Capital-aware design
We size systems to the offtake profile, the tariff structure, and the asset hold period, not to a generic kilowatt benchmark. The result is a system that earns its keep over the life of the asset.
Portfolio-grade delivery
Our subcontractor network is engaged through a formal approval and onboarding process, with ongoing performance monitoring and audit cycles. National portfolios are coordinated through a single delivery team with consistent quality benchmarks across every site.
Lifetime ownership thinking
We design with the next step in mind. Whether that is a PPA buyout, a BESS retrofit, a microgrid expansion, or an eventual portfolio refinancing, our systems are built to support optionality, not to lock you in.

Two commercial routes
Own the asset, or take electricity as a service.
Option one
EPC delivery
You acquire the system directly, with nu-tility acting as the full turnkey Engineer, Procure, Construct provider. The standard route for clients with balance sheet capacity and a strategic preference to own their generation asset outright.
Option two
Structured PPA
We fund the project off your balance sheet under a structured Power Purchase Agreement. We finance, install, and own the system for an agreed term, and supply electricity to your sites at a contracted rate. Funded through the nu-tility fund (see PPAs page for detail).
National coverage
We deliver through a national subcontractor network across NSW, VIC, QLD, SA, WA, and the ACT. Project work is coordinated centrally, with consistent design, safety, and commissioning standards applied at every site.
